Why BYOK matters

When models are commodities, governance and spend belong in your existing provider contracts. Laavod still gives you a unified graph: who ran what, with which prompt pack, against which knowledge folder.

How we think about lock-in

Exportability is a feature, not an afterthought. If you turn off Laavod tomorrow, you should still have the ideas — prompts, workflow structure, and narrative — even if provider weights move underneath.

Practical note

Wire keys per environment, rotate when your SecOps team says so, and keep metered fallback for guests who do not have enterprise keys yet.
